Kick off/Intro
Intro on what to expect and what you’ll need. Homework.

I started Money With Carla with no idea how I was going to make money out of it. In three years I went from 160 followers to over 100,000 and 3× my income. Now I'm running a pilot group to give you the exact shortcuts it took me three years to figure out and perfect.

You don't need a finished business. You don't need a perfect idea. We help you identify and develop your niche, how to talk to them, how to connect with them, how to win their trust, and eventually how to make an income out of what you've built.
You'll know your niche. You'll understand your offer. You'll know how to create content that builds trust, understand what your audience actually needs, and know how to make sales. You'll know what you can achieve, and exactly how to get there.
And don't worry! None of it is set in stone. You can always change direction as you learn.

So you don't have to guess your way through it.

Carla built Money With Carla from 160 followers into a real online business, teaching people how to take control of their money and invest with confidence. She now reaches an audience of over 100,000 across Instagram and her newsletter, has taught students in more than 20 countries, and runs her own courses, tools and community, all of it built on exactly the process she'll teach you here. You’ll learn from the mistakes she made.

JJ is a filmmaker, creative producer, director and cinematographer with more than a decade in television. He's worked on major international productions including Survivor USA, I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! (UK & AUS), MTV's The Challenge and Amazon Prime's Eco-Challenge with Bear Grylls, and co-developed a show with NBC executives from Below Deck.
In 2019 he co-founded Thank You Kindly, Bobby, now a SAFTA-winning production company. His real obsession is finding the authentic thread that makes people care: the difference between posting content, and telling a story that actually builds trust.

They met on a show Carla featured on, and joined forces.
Together, Carla and JJ bring the strategy, communication and practical feedback to move you from an unclear idea to a focused offer you can test.
The story — Carla
More money. More confidence. More purpose.
But I had to start somewhere. I started with 160 followers and no idea what I was going to share.
I didn't have a polished brand, a business plan, or a single original idea nobody had thought of before. What I had was something I understood well enough to explain to somebody else, and enough stubbornness to keep showing up while I worked out how to say it.
I had no idea how to make content. I also did not know how I would monetise it. But over 2.5 years what I have built has generated more financial and personal growth for me than I ever imagined. Much more than my investment job in Switzerland paid me.
And the best part? I can work at home, dictate my entire schedule, take 1 month off when I want to. I am doing life on my terms.
The Value Lab is the guided version of what I had to figure out the slow way.
You already have what you need. You don't need more ideas, more books, or more things to try.
The internet is full of advice about creating content, growing a following and making money online. The problem is that almost all of it starts at the end.
Before you build a product, post every day, or spend money on a website, you need to understand four things: what value you can offer, who needs it, what result they want, and how to package that value so it's easy to understand.
The Value Lab gives you a practical process to answer those questions and turn the answers into something you can actually test.
Everything you need to find what you're good at, turn it into something people will pay for, and start making sales. Live, over 5+ weeks, with Carla and JJ.

No. You can arrive with a business, an early idea, or simply an area of knowledge or experience you believe may be useful.
No. The Value Lab is not built around becoming an influencer. A small, relevant audience can be more useful than a large, unfocused one.
No. You should be willing to choose a direction and test it, but you don't need a finished offer before the programme starts.
The core course runs over 5 weeks. Before that we've got two short sessions to get you set up and settled in, so all in, you're with us for about 7 weeks from the first hello to the last session.
The pilot starts on Monday 10 August 2026. Please make sure you don’t miss the kick-off.
Plan to keep aside 2 hours for each one. That's an estimate rather than a hard rule. Some sessions may run a little shorter, some closer to the two hours.
Plan for the Monday live call plus roughly 3 - 6 hours to complete the action task.
No. We guide the process, provide frameworks and give feedback. You do the work.
No. Results depend on the offer, the market, the quality of the test and the work you put in. Carla's own results are hers, they're not a promise of what you'll earn.
That's useful information, not failure. The process helps you identify weak assumptions early.
Yes. Now this is something unique. We want to see and hear your progress. On 30 November 2026 we all come back together for a reunion check-in. We see how you're going, work through anything that's got stuck, and help you figure out your next steps. We don't just wave goodbye when the 5 weeks end.
If you're ready to find the value in what you already know, turn it into a focused offer, and do the work to test it
